Legal publication review

This initial text requires confirmation of operational details before final approval.

1. About the service

The platform provides QR creation, saved short links, and account-based link management. Some tools work without registration when the guest plan enables them. Features, quotas and expiry settings follow the effective plan displayed at the time of use and may change.

2. Types of QR and saved links

  • Direct QR embeds the destination in the image, without creating a saved short-link record. Its destination cannot be remotely changed after download. Ordinary server access logs may still be generated.
  • Saved guest QR creates a tracked short link without an account. It is subject to daily quotas, expiry and a scheduled deletion grace period. It does not provide the member dashboard or account-based destination editing.
  • Saved member QR belongs to an account and may be managed, edited and analyzed when the plan's features permit.

3. Link validity, expiry and deletion

The plan comparison and creation form show the default validity and any options for changing it. Saved short-link redirects stop when validity expires even if the underlying record remains temporarily. An additional deletion grace period may apply under effective settings. Deletion is processed by a scheduled cleanup task (Cron) and can be delayed if the task does not run. A plan displaying “no automatic deletion scheduled” does not imply that an expired link remains active or that the record is guaranteed to be retained indefinitely. Direct QR embeds its destination and does not depend on the platform's shortened-link service after download; it still depends on the third-party destination.

4. Member accounts and credentials

Members must provide accurate details, control their registered email and protect passwords and recovery links. Email verification may be required. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly. Do not access someone else's account, links, or private data without authorization.

5. Acceptable use

  • No phishing, impersonation, scams or financial fraud.
  • No malicious software links, unlawful collection of personal information or abuse of platform resources.
  • No infringement of intellectual property, privacy or applicable laws.
  • You must have a legitimate right to share each destination and its associated content.

6. Usage limits and availability

Both plans are free but subject to their respective quotas, such as saved-link capacity, daily creation limits, category limits and technical rate limits. The effective limits are shown in the plan comparison and creation forms. Attempts to bypass quotas through automated or repeated requests are prohibited. Maintenance, security incidents or technical faults may interrupt access. A stated link validity period is not a guarantee of uninterrupted platform or destination availability. Keep independent copies of important QR assets and related information.

7. Third-party destinations

A linked website is independent of the platform. Creating a QR is not an endorsement of that website. Verify destinations before disclosing personal or financial information. Linking to content does not transfer ownership of that content to the operator.

8. Safety restrictions

The operator may restrict, suspend or remove links or accounts when reasonably required by suspected abuse, security threats, or legal obligations. Features may be retired or changed; personal-data handling remains subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Free service

All services and plans offered by the platform are free, whether used without registration or through a free member account. The platform does not require payment card details or subscription fees. Features and quotas vary by plan and effective settings. Free access does not remove the need to comply with these terms or the service's resource limits.

10. Privacy and acceptance records

The Privacy Policy explains account, link, analytics and technical data, processing purposes, retention and applicable rights. Publishing a revised document creates a separate revision without rewriting earlier acceptance records. Acceptance may be required during registration or saved guest-link creation in accordance with effective settings and applicable law. Agreement to these terms is not a substitute for separate consent where the law requires it.

11. Liability and mandatory rights

The service is provided within available technical capabilities. These terms do not exclude rights or duties that cannot lawfully be waived. Applicable law and dispute procedures depend on the confirmed operator and service jurisdiction. Platform trademarks and branding may not be reused without permission.

12. Operator and contact

Operator: The administration of “QR Link Manager”. Complaints and enquiries: aa@aa.com.
